Everything you need to know about our physician-prescribed emergency preparedness kits.

These kits are designed for crisis situations when traditional healthcare becomes unavailable—natural disasters, power outages, infrastructure failures, or remote travel. Each kit includes detailed, physician-written protocols explaining exactly when and how to use each medication. Think of them as your medical backup plan.

Simply start an online visit through our website. You’ll complete a health questionnaire, and a licensed physician will review your information and medical history. If appropriate, they’ll prescribe your kit and it will be shipped directly to your door.

Yes. All medications in our kits are FDA-approved antibiotics that are widely prescribed by physicians every day. A licensed physician will review your medical history, current medications, and allergies before prescribing to ensure safety.

Most antibiotics have a shelf life of 1-2 years when stored properly in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Each medication will have an expiration date printed on the packaging. We recommend checking expiration dates annually and reordering as needed.

Yes. All of our kits require a valid prescription from a licensed physician. The prescription is obtained through a telehealth consultation that is part of the ordering process. This ensures your safety and that the medications are appropriate for you.

The medications in each kit are carefully selected by our medical team to provide the broadest possible coverage for emergency situations. Your prescribing physician may make adjustments based on your medical history, allergies, or current medications.

We currently ship to all 50 US states. We do not currently ship internationally. Telehealth regulations vary by state, but our platform is designed to comply with all applicable state laws.

During your telehealth consultation, the physician will review your complete allergy history. If you have known antibiotic allergies, the physician may substitute alternative medications or recommend a different kit that avoids your allergens.

Our kits are currently self-pay only and are not covered by insurance. We’ve priced our kits to be as affordable as possible while maintaining the highest quality medications and physician oversight.

After your physician approves your prescription, your kit will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 4-12 business days depending on your location.
